Orders
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Do you really plant a tree for every order?
We sure do! The trees are planted by Eden Reforestation Projects in partnership with thegoodapi.com.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping in the United States. The cost of international shipping depends on the order and will be calculated at checkout. Check out our shipping policy for more information.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground and typically take 3-5 days. We can expedite your order via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Priority Mail, which usually take 1-3 days. Shipping times for international orders depend on the service and location.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is in the same unused condition with tags and in the original packaging. Check out our refund policy for details.

What are your planters made from?
Our eco-friendly planters are made from a sustainable, recyclable material made from organic wood and corn and sourced from Sweden.
Do your planters have drainage holes?
Our indoor planters have drainage holes to prevent root rot. Some of our outdoor planters also have drainage holes. Please check out the individual product listing to see whether or not the planter you are considering has drainage.
