The backrest is bent in an angle that provides a surprisingly comfortable sitting position. Nestor is available with a woven paper-cord seat, which is a reference to the old shaker tradition, while the resilient material makes the chair comfortable to sit in.

All Mater products offer same day or next day shipment from Bensenville, Illinois depending on order quantity.
Shipping Process
- UPS Ground Shipping: Most products ship the same day or the next business day, provided the order is in stock.
- LTL Shipping: For larger products or orders requiring freight, shipping occurs the following day to allow for proper packing.
Shipping Restrictions

Shipping Damage
- We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours at contact@woodpulse.com with photos of the damage. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

WoodPulse has a generous return policy accommodating product returns within 30 days on most items.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the unwanted item following the return process, and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
